Registration costs

The relevant land registration costs depend on the type of transaction and the value involved. The detailed costs of a transaction can be calculated using the registration fee tariff for the relevant county.

Who has the right to request an excerpt from the land registry?

In order to request a notarised excerpt from the land registry, you either have to be the owner of the relevant land or be able to provide a binding authorisation from the landowner.

What does a fully developed plot contain?

According to the definition, a fully developed plot of land includes the following connections up to its boundaries:

  • Power cables
  • Water pipes
  • Wastewater pipes
  • Public road network

Undeveloped plot

According to the definition, your plot is considered undeveloped if it has none of the following development criteria up to its boundaries:

  • Power cables
  • Water pipes
  • Wastewater pipes
  • Public road network

Partially developed plot

According to the definition, a plot of land is considered partially developed if one or more but not all of the development criteria  below are present up to its boundaries:

  • Power cables 
  • Water pipes
  • Wastewater pipes
  • Public road network
